Required products:
1 tsp dried mint
1 lemon
1 ginger root (peeled)
3 prunes
4 dried figs
8 dates
4 dried apricots
1 liter of water
Method of preparation:
Place the mint in a saucepan with a thicker bottom.
Add lemon cut into thin slices.
Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces.
Chop the plums, figs, dates and dried apricots.
Pour everything with one liter of water.
Place the mixture on the stove and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend the flavors.
Strain the drink through a sieve.
How to take:
Drink 1 cup per day on an empty stomach.
It is recommended to take it for one week.
Additional tips for better effect:
You can store the drink in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
If desired, add a few fresh mint leaves before drinking.
Drink more water during the day to help your body naturally cleanse itself.
