Ingredients
6 kale leaves,
3 zanahorie,
2 red apples, cut into small pieces,
1 remolacha, 1 lemon
, peeled,
1-inch slice of ginger.
Be sure to peel and clean the carrot, beetroot, and lemon.
Make sure the fruits and vegetables you grow are organic.
Preparation
Pour one or two cups of water into a blender.
Add all the ingredients and blend.
Use a strainer to separate the mixture and collect the juice.
Stir again with a spoon.
You can add a few ice cubes to chill it.
To keep the juice fresh, store it in a glass jar and refrigerate.
Alerty:
– If you suffer from ulcers, heartburn or are allergic to citrus fruits, it is not recommended to consume lemon.
– It is also not recommended to use this medicine if you are taking antacids or medicines for blood or heart diseases.
– Avoid eating beets if you are taking blood thinners or have kidney problems.
