See what products you need:
10 dried or fresh red peppers
250 g beans
3-4 onions
Jojen – to taste
Savory – to taste
Red pepper – to taste
Salt
1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

Method of preparation:
Soak the beans the night before.
The next day, boil it in clean water with a pinch of salt and a little fat until tender.
Heat the fat in a deep frying pan.
Add the finely chopped onion and mix well.
Add the cooked beans, season with mint, savory, red pepper, and salt.
Mix well and remove from heat. The filling is ready.
Soak the dried peppers in warm water until soft.
Fill each pepper with the aromatic bean mixture.
Arrange them in a lightly greased pan.
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 degrees) until the peppers are tender and lightly browned on top.
If you use fresh peppers, roast them before hand to make them softer.
