1. Unexplained Weight Loss
Sudden, unexplained weight loss is one of the most common early red flags. Even if you’re eating normally, pancreatic cancer can affect digestion and nutrient absorption
2. Persistent Abdominal or Back Pain
Discomfort in the upper abdomen that radiates to the back may indicate a tumor pressing on nearby nerves or organs. This pain often worsens after eating or when lying down.
3. Jaundice (Yellowing of the Skin and Eyes)
A tumor in the pancreas can block the bile duct, leading to jaundice. Yellowing skin, dark urine, and pale stools should be taken seriously and checked immediately.
4. Diestive Problems
Nausea, vomiting, bloating, loss of appetite, or changes in stool (such as greasy or floating stools) may signal that the pancreas isn’t producing enough digestive enzymes
