Beef (like flank steak or sirloin), broccoli florets, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and cooked rice for serving.

To make it:

Prep the beef: Slice beef thinly against the grain and toss with a little cornstarch to tenderize.

Cook the beef: Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok and cook beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
