The most common cancer in women is breast cancer. Its symptoms can vary from person to person. Some women experience no signs or symptoms at all.

 

Some warning signs of breast cancer are:

• Pain in any part of the breast.
• Nipple retraction or pain in that area.
• A new lump in the breast or armpit.
• Any change in the size or shape of the breast.
• Nipple discharge; I'm not referring to milk; This discharge can even be blood.
• Redness or flaking in the breast or nipple area.
• Irritation or dimpling of the breast skin.
• Increased thickness or swelling in a part of the breast.

  What is a normal breast?

  Many women wonder about this because they have no idea what a normal breast looks like versus one that’s in bad shape. I really can’t give you a definitive answer.  Why?  It’s simple: there isn’t just one type of breast. What might be normal for you might not be for another woman. Most women report feeling lumps and irregularities in their breasts. The way breasts feel and look can be affected by factors such as menstruation, weight, and some medications. Breasts also tend to change with age.
