Ingredients: 1 egg,
200g plain yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 cup flour , 1 tsp baking powder , 1 pinch of salt, oil for frying, powdered sugar for dusting (optional). Preparation: Mix the ingredients . Crack the egg into a bowl and add the sugar, salt, and yogurt. Mix well. Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into the mixture – the batter should be thick and creamy. Heat a pan with a little oil. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and form small, round pancakes.
Cook
over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown and fluffy.
Serve
sprinkled with powdered sugar, drizzled with honey, or with your favorite jam.
