Ingredients:
๐Ÿฅš 1 egg,
๐Ÿซ™ 200g   plain yogurt,   2 tbsp sugar,   1 cup   flour  , 1 tsp   baking powder   , 1 pinch of salt,   oil for frying,   powdered sugar for dusting (optional).   Preparation:   Mix the ingredients   . Crack the egg into a bowl and add the sugar, salt, and yogurt. Mix well.   Sift the flour and baking powder together and fold into the mixture – the batter should be thick and creamy.   Shape into pancakes.  Continued on the next page   (page 2).

 Heat a pan with a little oil.  ✔️ Drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and form small, round pancakes.
