“It is absolutely our right to return to Europe”: this French TV personality, who has lived in Dubai for several years, breaks his silence...Check the first comment πŸ‘‡

A resident of Dubai for several years, this French television personality took to social media on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, to vent her anger at the French, and more specifically the media, for attacking citizens currently stranded in the emirate. “It is absolutely our right to return to Europe,” she stated.
Since Saturday, February 28, 2026, and the start of the airstrikes between the United States and Israel against Iran on Dubai, numerous celebrities have taken to social media to share their concerns and the current situation. Some, like BigFlo & Oli and Agathe Auproux, were on vacation or in transit there, while others, such as Nabilla, Caroline Receveur, and Maeva Ghennam, have been living on the island for some time, but all are stranded due to the airspace closure.
Among the celebrities who have been living in Dubai for several years is Jazz, who resides in the Middle East with her husband, Laurent Correia. Faced with numerous criticisms and comments about the French community in Dubai, the young woman addressed the situation on social media this Wednesday, March 4th. The reality TV star first gave an update on the situation:   “It's quite impressive, but now the situation is under control (...) Dubai is managing very well  .” She then quickly responded to the criticism from the French, and particularly from the media.   "A message to the French media and TV studios, to the   people   in France: Can you stop framing the misfortune happening here in the Gulf around influencers, taxes, or the reasons why we're here?"  she asked. Before getting indignant:   "Stop this nonsense, it's ridiculous. Today we're talking about 340,000 French nationals in Dubai, who hold French citizenship. For my part, I have a French passport, I have a British passport, my husband only has a Portuguese passport,   if tomorrow we feel unsafe, it is entirely our right to return to Europe .

Instagram Jazz - Instagram  screenshot of Jazz's story this Wednesday, March 4, 2026Visibly upset, she continued:  "There are 340,000 people living here, including 20 influencers, who also exist and are going through a difficult time. Many people are stressed, many children are worried. The situation is being managed, but it's still shocking to hear this kind of thing happening right outside your door (...) What's happening here today is dramatic, and yes, there are people who are afraid, and yes, these people have every right to return to Europe. Stop equating the entire French community with these 20 influencers ."

The influencer then concluded her lengthy message defending French nationals in Dubai just as bluntly:  Either think of our well-being, or say nothing , but it would be better if you kept your frustration to yourself because it has nothing to do with the current situation." That's that!v
