The Hidden Risk in the Medicine Cabinet: Towards Natural Protection...Check the first comment 👇

Self-medication with common painkillers and anti-inflammatories is a widespread practice that carries a silent danger. Beyond well-known side effects, such as gastric discomfort, there is a less visible but equally serious risk: liver and kidney toxicity from prolonged or inappropriate use. The liver and kidneys are responsible for metabolizing and filtering these compounds, and a constant overload can damage them irreversibly, sometimes without obvious symptoms until the problem becomes significant.

Given this situation, the value of natural medicine reemerges, not as a rejection of medical science, but as a preventative complement and first aid for minor ailments. The key is not to prohibit, but to inform and offer safe alternatives to proactively care for our health, strengthening the body instead of subjecting it to constant chemical stress.
