Today I was coughing and a strange white lump with an unusual shape came out of my throat. When I realized what it was, I was horrified and immediately went to a specialist!...Check the first comment 👇

Have you ever noticed white balls in the back of your throat? They're sometimes hard and often have a foul odor. These little noises can appear without warning and cause bad breath.

In fact, the problem is far more common than it seems at first glance, but there are simple and natural ways to deal with it.

These small whitish formations found in the tonsils are called caseum or tonsillar stones. They are formed from food debris, dead cells, and bacteria stuck in the recesses of the tonsils.

Over time, they harden and begin to emit an unpleasant odor reminiscent of sulfur.

These particles are rich in sulfur compounds, which create that rotten egg smell. Even regular brushing is not enough to completely eliminate the problem.

How to get rid of them naturally?

Fortunately, there are a few easy solutions that will help you remove these balls and prevent them from reappearing:

  • Gargle with salt or baking soda  – Gargle with warm water to which you have added salt or baking soda every night.

  • Optimal hydration  – drink enough water throughout the day. A well-hydrated mouth produces more saliva, which limits the formation of caseum.

  • Diligent oral hygiene  – brush your teeth at least twice a day. Use a tongue scraper to remove plaque.

  • Dental floss  – use it to remove food debris.

  • Irrigator or syringe without a needle  – use them to gently flush out the caseum if you see it.

If tonsil lumps appear frequently, increase in size, cause pain, or are accompanied by other symptoms (fever, chronic sore throat), consult an otolaryngologist.
