Ingredients:

  • Salt to taste

Potato and cheese mixture:

  • 2 grated potatoes
  • mozzarella cheese 150g
  • cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • mustard, 2 tablespoons

Other ingredients:

  • 1 sliced ​​onion
  • olive oil as needed

Directions:
Season the beef: Rub the beef with salt and pepper.
Prepare the potato mixture: Grate the potatoes. Combine the mozzarella, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Fry the grated potatoes and chopped onions in olive oil until golden brown.
Combine the ingredients: Add the seasoned beef to the pan with the potatoes and onion. Pour the cheese mixture over the top.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
