In recent years, there has been a noticeable cultural shift in the search for alternatives to smoking. Since its inception, cigarettes have been a scourge on human health, causing hundreds of millions of deaths.
When vaping, or inhaling nicotine vapor instead of tobacco smoke, was launched, it was touted as a miracle alternative, a replacement that would allow generations to experience an end to any of the effects caused by traditional smoking.
It's now clear that vaping isn't risk-free. Research that claims it's safer than smoking cigarettes is indeed available, including potential risks that only increase with regular use.
Raymond Dehn from Buffalo, USA, said he had been vaping since he was 15, that he served at a particular store without checking his ID, and that he was quickly becoming addicted.
Using a mobile device with marijuana and THC violated the prohibition, which he struggled with until he was 24.

On September 13, Dehn lit an e-cigarette device after work when he felt a “burning pain.”
He explained, “I remember taking a drag from a THC vaporizer in the kitchen and coughing, which is not unusual. But then this burning pain shot through my shoulder blades and wouldn’t go away.”

After he was taken by ambulance to his place of residence, where X-rays caused his functioning to collapse.
Dehn said: “I was really on the verge of collapse. It was terrible, my lung suddenly burst, the main thing was that I was so young and healthy.”
It was written that the doctor was unable to determine "any contained" collapse, but stated that over the past six months, "three or four different people" had been seen delivering to recipients with the same problem.
“The only thing we had in common was that we smoked e-cigarettes,” Dehn explained.
The 24-year-old was released from the hospital and has since stopped vaping. Now he's urging others to speak up before their problems arise.
“It stems from an overwhelming fear that it will happen again,” says Dehn, who spent four nights in the hospital with a tube implanted to inflate his lung. "The whole experience is deeply ingrained in me. That's why I really want other young people to be aware of this problem."
